Learn about being a parent with backbone tonight!
 Barbara Coloroso

Nationally noted author Barbara Coloroso will give an evening presentation about her work on March 23, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Marshall High School Theater in Marshall.  The event is free and open to the public.

You will learn about the three different types of families, backbone, brickwall and jellyfish families.  Find out why being a backbone parent allows children to grow and develop into adults who can think and problem solve for themselves.

Barbara is the author of five international bestsellers.  While in Southwest Minnesota she will discuss two of her books, Kids are Worth It! and The Bully, the Bullied and the Bystander.

This morning Barbara will talk with area students in grades 4 -12 about issues related to bullying.  This is provided through a web-cast partnership with Southwest West Central Service Cooperative.
