"Because your business should lead to Abundance."
Abundance in the New Year!

Greetings!

As you enter this new year, you should all do so with a hope for a better business that leads to a better life for you and your family.

Successfully maneuvering through the changing business landscape,  nurturing important relationships, understanding the markets you serve and the changes in finance, technology and communication as well as the many other factors that impact your business and personal life takes understanding, faith and a lot of hard work.

No matter what business you're in, there are those that have mastered the areas that currently challenge you, others that have developed business and personal practices that make them and their businesses highly effective and more successful.  They make better decisions. They are truly leaders, just like you.

As leaders, we recognize that change is constant, change represents real opportunity and change is not our enemy but maybe our best friend.  Understanding how to master change and prepare for its full postive impact is critical to our success.

With excitement for the results that you can achieve in this New Year, I wish you much success and Abundance in 2008.

Together, let's make 2008 our most successful year yet.

What Will Your Business Look Like In 2009?

(Yes, I really mean 2009)
Files
-------------------------------------------------

Do you have a clear vision of what your company will look like in January 2009?

Have you recently considered the fact that the decisions you and I make today will determine our future.  And it's those decisions that will determine what your business will look like in a month, a year or even 10 years from today.

If you have a clear vision, do you have a plan to achieve your vision?

If you do, congratulations! If you don't, what is stopping you?

Whether you have a plan that can be improved or if you are in the pre-planning stage, here are 10 important questions for your consideration when refining / developing your plan:

  • Where do I want to go?
  • How will my products or services benefit my target market?
  • How will I find my customers?
  • What service do my customers expect?
  • What resources do I need to deliver that level of service?
  • What actions do I need to take everyday in my business to deliver that service?
  • What adjustments do I need to make to reach that level of service?
  • What results are desired and how do I measure success?
  • How will I find other opportunities to strengthen my  business and become more profitable?
  • How will I identify and make needed adjustments along the way?

Once you decide on your plan, now take the steps to put it into action.

Your life and business are worth it.
