Families Growing in Christ. Living in the Real World
Parents
face many challenges in trying to navigate the complex issues of trying
to raise Godly children. There are tremendous pressures of achievement
and success that can often be in conflict with our desire to disciple
our children to know and pursue Jesus Christ. The Real World
Parents Seminar is a short seminar that provides practical strategies
for parents of children in elementary through high school. Through
Biblical teaching, interactive exercises and discussion, we explore real
issues parents are facing today, and offer practical steps to help
families move forward in their faith journey together.
Real World Parents Seminar
On September 11, 2010,
Pastor Stuart Smith, who has been trained as a presenter for this
material, will be presenting this seminar in Horton Hall from 6pm - 9:00pm.
