Staffing Announcement
| Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Gene Canter, will be leaving the West Virginia market, effective March 28. He will be transferring to Florida where he will head up Sales and Marketing for Coventry's Tampa Bay region. Gene has been with the Coventry-West Virginia plan for over 12 years and has resided in the state his entire life. Says Canter,
"Although Florida will bring some exciting new opportunities and challenges for me, I'm extremely proud of the West Virginia team and wish them continued success. West Virginia will always be my true home."
Coventry plans to announce a replacement for West Virginia soon.

Major Coventry Dental Product Announcement
| Coventry Dental is pleased to announce that starting April 1, 2012, all new prospects will have access to another nationwide dental network. Coventry Dental has executed a contract with PPO USA, giving us access to their CONNECTION® Dental network, one of the larger dental lease networks in the country. Our network lineup now consists of DenteMax, Careington, 4Most, and CONNECTION Dental.
Coventry Dental will go from having more than 140,000 access points nationwide to more than 170,000, making our dental network one of the largest in the country.
This exciting network expansion will have a positive impact on all health plans. Consequently, our dental pricing will improve due to the expected increase in network utilization. This is reflected in the second quarter pricing.
Member ID cards will now include three logos: plusnetwork (DenteMax and Careington), 4Most, and CONNECTION Dental (PPO USA).
Members and brokers can continue to use the same provider search and provider nomination functionality on our website cvtydental.com. The provider search engine allows members and brokers to search for providers by location, specialty and/or last name. The provider nomination feature gives members and brokers the opportunity to submit their dentists' information so we can begin the process of adding those providers to our network.
The addition of the CONNECTION Dental network makes Coventry Dental even stronger and will undoubtedly lead to greater sales opportunities for 2012 and beyond.

Coming March 19: More Enhancements to Online Account ManagementSM

More enhancements and functional improvements to Coventry's Online Account ManagementSM (OAM) website will be available starting Monday, March 19. You and your clients will notice easier navigation and these valuable new features:
- New home page containing global and health plan-specific topics that provide users with helpful reminders.
- Updated site navigation throughout the website so that finding information is even easier.
- Robust message center enabling you and your clients to send and receive emails directly to CARE Team representatives when assistance is needed.
- New resource library making it easier for you and your clients to access valuable resources such as document libraries, pharmacy and health care reform information, and health and wellness resources to name a few.
Watch for these valuable enhancements in the coming weeks. As of March 19, you and your clients can access the audio/video training presentation that highlights these new features by clicking on the link under "New to OAM?" on the login page.
