Through continuous improvement of our product portfolio, we occasionally retire benefits so we can continue to offer you a select variety of products to meet your employer group needs. The following benefits will be retired as of February 1, 2012:
- HMO H1-500
- HMO H4
- Select $500 / Select $500 National
- Select $1000 / Select $1000 National
- Select $2000

Autism Mandate
|
West Virginia passed legislation mandating coverage for Autism Spectrum Disorder effective for new and renewing contracts on or after January 1, 2012. This mandate covers groups who have 26+ eligibles. For further information, please contact your Account Manager or Account Executive.
