Broker Self-Service Reset

We are pleased to announce an important improvement to your one-stop broker application, BenefitExpress. Starting today, you will be able to reset your password and retrieve your user name on the main login page. This self-service function will save time if you forget your user name or password. All you have to do is answer three secret questions, and we will email your user name or temporary password to you.
We continue to look for new ways to make the benefits experience easier. Watch for more detailed information about this enhancement. Meanwhile, if you have questions, contact your Coventry representative.
