Broadway at the Boathouse...Encore not only provided an evening of wonderful entertainment and a very exciting live auction, it allowed our guests to learn more about the work that they were so generously supporting. Watch our next video, and spend two minutes with the audience at the Central Park Boathouse as they listen to Lucy McLellan, pictured here at the microphone, tell us about Sam and the story he was determined to tell. A Look Back at CANY Workshops

If you're a long time E-news reader, you already know that CANY offered three one-day workshops this past spring for mental health professionals, artists and educators. These trainings introduced participants to the basic principles behind the CANY model of drama
therapy. However, you may not know what feedback we received from the workshop participants.
Hear what one participant had to say at the end of the day. Then, visit CANY's website to read what people want you to know about CANY professional trainings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We want YOUR feedback too! Tell us if you'd like to be a future workshop participant. Or suggest a topic for the day. Perhaps you'd like to learn more about integrating drama therapy into your work with at-risk youth or survivors of domestic violence. Send us a message at trainings@cany.org. |
