Fresh Air Gathering

Along with our regular Sunday Morning Gatherings at
Petoskey Cinema there will be two Fresh Air Gatherings this July
(getting us out in the Fresh Air!). The first will be this Sunday, July 5th, at the
Waterfall in Bay Front Park in Petoskey 5-7pm. Invite your friends for a free picnic and live music! Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy the concert.
The Second will be July
19th in Boyne City at Sunset Park for a Family Fun Night from 5-7pm. More details to come.

Genesis Camping Weekend

Genesis Camping Weekend: Plan to join us at Camp Pet-o-se-ga, Thurs., July 23 - Sun., July 26. We encourage you to make your own reservations then let us know by emailing heather@genesiswired.com or signing up at the info table on Sundays. There are still spots available! Visit www.co.emmet.mi.us/parkrec/petosega.htm to download reservation forms and to pick your site or cabin selections. We are going to try to make reservations in loops B and C. Financial Peace University

$$$$ Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University is being planned for September of this year. This is a 13 week video series with discussion and workbook dealing with financial issues that we can all relate to. You will learn how to budget your money, get out of debt, plan for retirement, and many other money issues. Youth Michigan Adventure trip, July 11-12, be at Dan's home at 7am on Saturday. You will need a permission slip so if you are planning on going, talk to Dan for details or call him at 622-3210.

Play Group
|
Play Group meets on Wednesday, July 8th, @ 10:30am at Central Elementary School Playground, Petoskey. In case of rain plan to meet at the NCMC gym (cost is $1 per child). Please feel free to invite anyone you think may enjoy coming!

Genesis Family Summer Fun Day
|
Saturday, July 25th, join those that are camping out at Camp Petosega for the day. Activities will include swimming, games like volleyball, kickball, softball, a scavenger hunt for the kids, to name a few. A picnic dinner will be provided by Genesis. Also plan to stay for fellowship around the campfire in the evening. There is no fee to get into the park and no reservations are required to come for the day.
