I used to think Meditation was just for the Buddha or those few beings in history who have been "enlightened"...something that's outside of my sphere. I mean--come on--I crave NonFat Pumpkin Spice Lattes (with whip)--how could I be able to attain enlightenment?

But REALLY--it's about nuggets of enlightenment--it's about finding peace in the midst of chaos--not secluding yourself from the world and praying all day.

AND Meditation is NOT about stopping your mind--it's about NOTICING your thoughts and not letting them chase you down a rabbit hole.

Cooler times are upon us. It's time to gather and "playshop" with the Hillary's "herbal friends"--Thai Herbal Compresses.

Our Thai Herb Playshop will be on Saturday, December 4th, 12:00p - 3:00p. The only requirement for attendance is to purchase one pack of 2 compresses, $17.25.

I will determine the class curriculum when I know which students will be attending--so if you've attended in the past--I'll make sure you learn something new!
