Greetings!
This is a quick announcement to say that the International Zheng He Society, together with Melaka Museums Corporation (PERZIM) and Cheng Ho Cultural Museum are jointly organising an International Conference on Zheng He to be held in Melaka, Malaysia from 5th to 7th July 2010. The conference with the theme "Zheng He and the Afro-Asian World" will be the biggest gathering of Zheng He researchers since those held in 2005. The event has the full support of the Malaysian Government and will be opened by the Malaysian Prime Minister. So far more than 40 papers have been submitted to the conference from all over the world. Papers may be presented in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese.
