News from Katie Brazelton

1. Dr. Katie was invited to be an inaugural Board Member for the newly formed ICCA (International Christian Coaching Association). This is AACC's (American Association of Christian Counselors) own coaching organization that has the goal of "Building Professionalism and Unity in Christian Coaching" worldwide! All professional coaches are encouraged to join this org that already has 6,000 members as it launches! It will help us lead the way to establish coaching centers in churches and private counseling practices.

2. Registration for Course #301, Life Purpose Facilitator, is now open. This tele-class always fills to capacity, so do not wait to register! If you would like to be certified by LPCCI to do 2-day intensive Life Plans, you will want to start your pre-reading now of the proprietary material for our January tele-class (before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday craziness starts soon) -- and to meet your class partner, too! 3. A special thanks to Dr. Cheri Maben-Crouch, who has spearheaded LPCCI's newest accreditation efforts. We are already certified by ICF (International Coach Federation) and IACET (International Association of Continuing Education Training), but Cheri is completing our paperwork with CCE (The Center for Credentialing & Education) for our approval as a Board Certified Coach Training Provider! This is LPCCI's third invitation to speak at the prestigious 7,000-person conference and attend the President's Luncheon with Dr. Tim Clinton. Dr. Katie Brazelton (LPCCI Founder) and Pastor Jeff Jernigan (our Men's President who is finishing his doctoral dissertation about the field of coaching) spoke to more than 650 coaches and counselors at the worldwide conference of the American Association of Christian Counselors 9/28-30 at the Opryland Hotel in TN.

When we decided to move to Witbank, Mpumalanga, two years ago, I was quite concerned that I wouldn't find a place matching the requirements I had for my coaching center. But, how faithful God is, even in the little details! When I walked into our new home for the first time, I immediately saw the potential and fell in love with layout and coziness, not to mention the lovely and safe environment.
