Ron and Geri Swingle, owners of the Retreat, see their approach as providing a respite for clients to break away from their busy day-to-day lives and focus on the direction in which their lives are heading. "We feel our recipe is quite unique: integrating the beauty of Colorado, a personal God and a proven process," says Ron. And Geri adds, "We put clients in settings that help them 'recalibrate' the size of their God, while immersing them in a peaceful and pampering environment. It's the ultimate spa for the spirit and soul!"

As facilitators of the faith-based strategic planning process, Ron and Geri bring extensive backgrounds of experience. Ron has more than 20 years of experience with strategic and tactical planning, and team facilitation in corporate settings. He is certified through The Tom Paterson Institute as well as Life Purpose Coaching Centers International® as a life planning facilitator. Geri's background includes more than 20 years of experience in coaching and training roles, including having her own Personal Training business for more than a decade. She was a member of the inaugural Life Purpose Coach® Training class with Life Purpose Coaching Centers International®. She went on to complete all 5 levels of certification, including becoming a Life Purpose Coach® Instructor. Geri is also the founder of WholeWoman Ministry.

Along with utilizing their years of experience and credentials, Ron and Geri are actually living out their God-given dream by establishing this retreat for life coaching and life planning. Ron says, "My passion and unique purpose is to help men who need direction, especially those who have experienced abandonment by their families, vocations, friends, or church." Then Geri shares hers: "My passion and unique purpose is to help women who struggle to take care of themselves while caring for others, to reach toward balance and wholeness." Both Ron and Geri have always had a heart to minister to couples, to help them see God's larger vision for them as a couple, even beyond their individual life purposes.
