Greetings!
Easter is a wonderful time for remembering our many
blessings, and I want you to know that I count each of you as one of my
blessings. Easter also reminds us to thank God for our salvation and to pray
for those who will come to know Him this season!
I ask for your "Easter
Miracle" prayers for these additional items: -
That the
19 students in our coed April '09 Tele-Course #101: Life Purpose Coach® Training will learn with a supernatural anointing.
They are joining us from China,
Canada, and all over the USA, allowing us to now finally have Coaches in China and North
Dakota and Arkansa too! Field Mentors for this class hail
from Australia and
throughout the US,
so we need your prayers for logistics as well.
- For HOPE Jamaica 2009 ~ Awaken to Purpose, a women's conference led by our own Dr. Hopelyn Brown May 1-3 with many of our US Coaches in attendance overseas.
- For trips to India and Africa to teach "Pathway" principles this summer by our own Trina Loucks.
- For a speedy release of the French translation of Pathway to Purpose that our own Dr. Viviane Haenni worked so hard to get translated and contracted.
- For the Hawaii Retreat I am leading May 1-3, followed by a time of personal renewal and prayer for ministry vision.
- For continued wisdom on further certifications, like the ones we now hold for ICF and IACET. [Thank you, Jesus!]
-
That
God will continue to flood in registrations from "just the right students" for Tele-Course #201: Setting Up and Marketing
Your Life Purpose Coach® Business (May
12, 14, 19, 21, + 26). For my dad who is having another Bladder Cancer
surgery on April 8th. He's 88-years-young and is a Colon Cancer
survivor. His life message is Follow
God's Script!
Thanking Jesus for you and for His grace,

What Participants Are Saying about the Training:

Awesome! Inspiring! What an answer to prayer. Fulfills a huge need!
COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER!
Thanks so much for an excellent training and a fabulous time of celebrating life together. I am so glad I came and will cherish forever the friendships made.
Goes hand-in-hand with coach training: Excellent and much needed.

I am excited about this ministry and, I would highly recommend it to others! This is a very well thought-out program that helps clients to move forward. I wish it had been available years ago for me, personally.

E-Coaching Tips - April 09
Unexpected Feelings that Are
Really Quite Natural for a
"Novice" Life Purpose BreakThru Facilitator During a 2-Day-Intensive Life Plan
Sadness: People's histories are
filled with grief, pain, and loss. Be aware of how deeply you empathize.
Frustration: The logistics of creating
a retreat environment can be difficult. Once, while doing a Life
Purpose Plan on the patio of a famous Bed & Breakfast Inn that overlooked
the ocean, I was interrupted by window washers, joggers, a maid, and a bird that
left droppings on my easel! Be aware of details before your client arrives, so
you can avoid frustration.
Exhaustion: Your client will wear out each day. You will be able to
see it happen physically, especially if you have a heavy lunch or dessert
(which I do not recommend). Even if you, yourself, feel great at the end of the
2-day facilitation, you will need some goofing off time and/or rest after you
"come down" from a feeling of exhilaration. Remember: Balance is the key to
long-term survival in this coaching field.
Disappointment: The first time a
client does not have a BreakThru to an Opus Gloria (AKA Seeing God's Glorious
Master Plan), you may wonder what you did wrong. The answer is: Probably
nothing. It is the client's responsibility to totally surrender his/her will to
God, and it is the Holy Spirit's prerogative to reveal His Will. You cannot
demand either of those things. You can only prayerfully prepare to the best of
your ability.
Irritation: Many things can cause a
Facilitator to become irritated. Perhaps your client is late for the
appointment. Perhaps he/she has a really annoying personality trait or plays victim or is a gossip. (Keep
breathing!)
Anxiety: A novice facilitator often
feels like he/she is not ever going to be "wise enough, holy enough, skilled enough"
to do this work. We need to keep telling ourselves that, without the power of
God flowing through us, we are not!
Whatever you are
feeling, remember to...
trust the Holy
Spirit,
trust the
process,
trust yourself,
and trust your
client.
