Teacher Surveys
We want to hear from you about your experiences teaching very young children in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Every month, we'll send out a survey to everyone and then share the results the following month. We'll use the information to shape our training and activities in the region.

Strategies, Tips and Tricks
It is so important to encourage your children to keep talking!
- "How did you feel when that happened?"
- "Tell me more."
- "Go ahead, I am listening."
- "What do you think about...?"
- "Let's talk about it."
- "This sounds really important."
- "Sure, explain it to me."
- "Tell me what happened."
Remember, always be open to what a child is saying. A warm, calm tone of voice invites conversation. |

CDA and Infant/Toddler CDA

| * Guided self study is offered in 10 hour increments on a monthly basis. The guided self study requires a text, the use of a computer and ability to fax or mail assignments. Certification of training is based on successful completion of course requirements.
