Welcome to the Northern Virginia chapter of the Foundations for Families' Directors' Network. Our Directors' Network is dedicated to enhancing the management skills, professional orientation and leadership capacity of early childhood administrators.
Foundations for Families supports Center Directors by providing:
Training to improve the knowledge base, skills and competencies of directors who administer early childhood programs;
Technical Assistance to improve program quality, particularly support to center directors who are interested in pursuing accreditation;
Research on local professional development issues; and
Connection to other directors in our area who operate in the same regulatory environment and face many of the challenges, particularly around employee relations. |
