 Date Night Ideas
The Henry Clay Mansion
will offer two Holiday Candlelight Tours from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 7
and 26. Reservations not required. Tickets are $15 and $5 children 6
and under.
The Lexington Ballet Company brings you the holiday favorite, the Nutcracker. This annual production will be performed at the Lexington
Opera House at 8 p.m. on Fridays, Dec. 12 and 19; at 2 p.m. on
Saturdays, Dec. 13 and 20; and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. on Dec.
14 and 21, 2008. Tickets cost $15 to $25.
Celebrate the last day of 2008 with an elegant evening of wine, food, and entertainment at Jean Farris Winery.
The evening will begin at 7 p.m. with a wine and hors d'oeuvres
reception, followed by a magnificent five-course, prix-fixe dinner with
wine pairings. It will finish with an after dinner celebration of live
music, dancing, party favors, and Jean Farris Sparkling Wine toast at
midnight. The event is $125 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.
