Public Meeting on Route 590 Changes Monday November 8th

To address concerns about the new lane changes on Route 590, regional New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) officials accepted my invitation to hold a public meeting on this topic:

 

Monday, November 8th
5:00 to 7:00pm
Eastridge High School (in Cafeteria A)

 

DOT officials have expressed willingness to reevaluate the new traffic system and make improvements where warranted. They have already realigned some signage and made some striping modifications on 590 southbound from Sea Breeze Drive and East Ridge Road and are studying other potential redesigns.

 

Please come learn more about this issue and share your concerns/suggestions directly to DOT.
