Sign Petition Against Plan to Delay Your Income Tax Refund
New Yorkers already pay too high a price for state government and they do it through their income taxes. It is adding insult to injury to tell those individuals who are owed a refund that they must pay again by having their money withheld from them. It is simply wrong to hold these funds as hostages of Albany's fiscal crisis.
Therefore, I am providing New Yorkers with the opportunity to petition against plans to delay income tax refunds as a means of dealing with the state's budget woes.
