The legislation listed below is under consideration for
inclusion on a future Assembly Insurance Committee
agenda. In order to gather input on these bills, all
interested parties are invited to offer comments in
support or opposition to the bills listed below.
Suggestions for proposed language changes are also
welcome at this time.

A.317 (Magnarelli) - Authorizes
insurance premium reductions for non-commercial
private passenger vehicles retrofitted with daytime
running lamps.
A.1003 (Gunther) - Requires
report due the governor and legislature to include the
incidence of misrepresentation by insured of the
principal place where vehicles are driven and stored.
A.1600 (Zebrowski) - Requires
insurance companies to notify insureds of the
expiration of the period of a premium reduction based
upon completion of a safety course.
A.5217 (Schroeder) - Provides
for a review of rating territory definitions for non-
business automobile insurance policies.
A.7493 (Glick) -
Prohibits insurers from refusing to issue or renew,
cancel, or charge or impose an increased premium
for certain policies based on the breed of a dog
owned.
A.3165 (Bradley) - Requires
insurance providers to remove the names of any non-
participating physicians from their website.
A.3484 (Peoples) -
Prohibits discrimination in the issuance of certain
insurance policies based upon inquiries in which loss
or damage is revealed.
A.3694 (Dinowitz) -
Relates to entitlement to first party benefits.
A.3890 (Galef) - Authorizes
insurance premium reductions for non-commercial
private passenger vehicles retrofitted with daytime
running lamps.
A.4758 (Morelle) - Relates to
standard fire insurance policies.
