The legislation listed below is under consideration for
inclusion on a future Assembly Insurance Committee
agenda. In order to gather input on these bills, all
interested parties are invited to offer comments in
support or opposition to the bills listed below.
Suggestions for proposed language changes are also
welcome at this time.

A.5477 (Gottfried) - Provides for
reimbursement for nurse practitioner services under
certain policies of health insurance including
individual and group accident/health.
A.7120 (Gianaris) - Specifies
who "employees" are for blanket and health insurance.
A.10370 (Cook) - Departmental
Bill #7 (SID); Relates to permitting the superintendent
to require that filings and submissions be submitted
to the superintendent by electronic means.
A.10656 (Morelle) - Relates to
health insurance premium rates for individual
proprietors.
