Discover your artistic side in this one-day, hands-on workshop. Learn how lighting and composition improves your photos, experiment with iridescent glass, explore how to get closer to your subject, and discover why seeing less lets you see so much more. A digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera and tripod are required. A macro lens is strongly recommended.

Learn all you need to know about laying a patio from the foundation up in this two-session workshop. Wednesday evening's indoor class addresses planning the patio and an introduction to the tools used. During the Saturday session, the class will lay part of a bluestone patio at Tower Hill under Baker's supervision.

This workshop will explore methods of seeing and of photographing, aimed at improving the way you photograph flowers and gardens. Whether you wish to preserve horticultural and natural beauty for posterity, publication or personal enjoyment, this class will expose you to steps that can help you bring your garden photography to a higher level. Demonstrations and an illustrated lecture will provide the foundation for photographing using the light and conditions we find.We will critique students' work during lunch and return to the garden to photograph again afterwards.
