Artisans enjoyed sharing lunch with each other each day
|
At the end of the training, artisans were asked to evaluate each others work and provide feedback. There was a resounding comment of "We want to do this again!" and appreciation for the high level of quality to which the trainer challenged them. "You didn't just teach us a skill, you taught us patience and how to think on our own," one participant said. We hope to have more trainings like this in the future in partnership with the local church to build Christian relationships and encourage economic self-sufficiency as well.
