Carrot Pineapple Salad


Prep time: 10 min
Start to Finish: 130 min
Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3 lg carrots (about 2 cups) shredded
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 8 oz. container of low-fat lemon yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey


Directions


1. Combine all ingredients
2. Chill for at least 2 hours
3. Serve and enjoy!
