If you are registered with our database ACCESS you use your user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password, the system will walk you through setup. You can schedule your giving, make a one-time donation and/or track your giving!

If you would like to connect with others in the church, please register with ACCESS by clicking on Member ACCESS on our webpage. If you have already signed up, please check that you have updated your profile. You control what contact information other members see. Registering is just one step. Go to My Profile and click on phone numbers or email addresses or physical address that you would like other members to see when they look you up in the directory. Edit your information to keep the church informed. Fill in information we are missing.

Take another or a first look at what the Bible is, how it is constructed, who God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are and what the Church is. Get in touch with yourself, with a supportive group, and with God as you explore the word in community. Fruits of the Spirit

We continue to study the Fruits of the Spirit as outlined in Galatians 5:22-23. Join the conference call for a time of study, reflection and prayer. Connect with the church community on Wednesdays. Board of Directors Vacancies

Applications are now being accepted to serve on the Board of Directors of MCCGD. Each year 3 positions rotate off the Board although members have the option of running for another term. We have 3 positions coming up for election plus we have had one mid-term resignation. Therefore there are 4 positions open. Application forms may be found on our website under Documents: mccgdboarddirectionsapplicationblank although the due date is incorrect. Please submit your application in person or by email no later than Saturday, November 1st.
Requirements for members of the Board may be found in our ByLaws which can also be accessed on our Documents page online.

HOSPITALITY HELPERS

You don't have to be cook to help with Hospitality! You can volunteer for clean-up for only one Sunday a month. You could volunteer to prepare coffee for a Sunday morning. You could volunteer to help set-up for our first Sunday monthly meal together. Perhaps you would be willing to come in during the week and do some cleaning in the kitchen. There are many ways you can help. Please consider sharing your gift of hospitality! Please let us know you are willing to serve, cook, clean, help or whatever!

Hear a Concert: Promote MCCGD: Serve

Can you do all three in an evening? Yes you can! You can hear one of the premier performances of Dallas' new mixed chorus "Resounding Harmony" when you volunteer as an Usher for the concert. MCC of Greater Dallas will receive acknowledgement for providing the ushers which means we get to make our church visible to this audience and chorus. You have the opportunity to serve the church and the community. The "Resounding Harmony" concert benefits the North Texas Food Bank. Will you help us serve and promote? Would you like to hear this awesome new chorus? You do not have to be a member of our Usher ministry to help with this concert. The concert will be Monday, November 24th at Caruth Auditorium at the Meadows School of Arts at SMU.
What is "Resounding Harmony"? This is a new 175 mixed chorus directed by Dr. Timothy Seelig. Resounding Harmony is a diverse group of men and women whose mission is to enrich and effect change in its listeners by sharing the gift of song through benefit performances for worthy causes and organizations; and by proclaiming the worth, dignity and equality of every human being though the harmony created. This concert is focused on feeding the spirit through beautiful music while feeding the body by helping end hunger in our community.
Members of MCCGD who sing with "Resounding Harmony" are: Wayne Davis, Edie Fletcher, Noel Tardy and Rev. Colleen Darraugh.

Volunteers Needed for TWCD "Gifts and Glitter" GALA Auction

The Women's Chorus of Dallas is seeking volunteers to help with various aspects of their annual auction from set-up to tear-down to staffing the auction tables to helping with raffles. The Gala is on Saturday, November 8th at the Addison Conference and Theatre Center. Please contact Edie Fletcher to volunteer and let her know you are with MCCGD. edietheelf@verizon.net

Loaves and Fishes Sunday

On the first Sunday of the month, we collect non-perishable food items.
After stocking our food pantry, we will add our collection of canned goods to the efforts of Resounding Harmony for the North Texas Food Bank. We will be the ushers for this concert which is a benefit for the Food Bank. The goal is to raise funds and food to provide 50,000 meals for the hungry. Other churches are also being collection sites for this effort. Please bring your canned good donations this Sunday!
