Fellowship Lunch, Sunday, October 5th
Please bring your favorite dish/food to share for our luncheon on Sunday. Birthday cake, to celebrate our October birthdays, tea and coffee will be provided. The people who are going to the Fort Worth Pride Parade will eat first so they can get on the road. Those that are not going can sit and visit and talk about our memories of MCC over the years.
Loaves and Fishes Sunday
The first Sunday of the month is Loaves and Fishes Sunday when we bring non-perishable food items to be distributed to those in need. This is a great way to celebrate our anniversary as we give in mission sharing faith, hope and love!

FORT WORTH Pride Parade - Sunday, October 5th, 2pm.
Let's have as good a showing at the Fort Worth Pride Parade as we did in Dallas! The parade kicks off at 2pm at W. Broadway and S. Jennings. Signs will direct you to parking for the parade. This parade is shorter so even with the drive, it will not be as long an afternoon as the Dallas Parade! There is a Gay Fest at the end of the parade and we will have our "Would Jesus Discriminate?" T-Shirts available for sale. We will have our same float for those who need to ride rather than walk. Volunteers are also needed to work the Pride Booth. October 6th is the 40th Anniversary of MCC. Let's celebrate at the Fort Worth Pride Parade!
Monday, October 6th - Official Anniversary/Birthday of Metropolitan Community Churches.
Give thanks to God for the gift of MCC; for Rev. Elder Troy D. Perry, our Founder and Rev. Elder Nancy Wilson, our current Moderator. Celebrate what MCC has done and pray, believing, that God will do great things with our future!
