CSS Weekend & 2011 Year End Reflections

By Confidential Search Solutions

Greetings!
   TJ's Headshot
December 2011 arrived 30 days ago and will soon be a part of our history in a few more hours.  Today is the last day of the year and what an amazing year it has been.

How are you ending the year?  Some are excited about all they have accomplished in 2011 and are looking forward to even more accomplishments in 2012.  Others are trying to tie up lose ends, make amends with long lost friends, and finish final projects prior to the end of the year.

Regardless of how you may describe your year in 2011, it was an absolute great year regardless of your personal successes or failures.  You may wonder how this can be said when I do not know the things you or someone you know have suffered or endured this year.

Even if it was your worst year, I challenge you to see that it may also be one of your best years because you were able to weather the storms of life.  It is an amazing blessing to be alive.  Difficulties in life make us wiser, stronger, and most of all available to share those triumphant lessons of life with others, helping them
victoriously through their most difficult periods.

Professionally and personally, many famous and not so famous individuals (and some close associates of ours) did not make it to this point in life. Many lives ended prior to December 31, 2011, far too soon for loved ones left behind at home.  Steve Jobs, Michael Jackson, and Keasha Ruteleage-Draft (to name a few famous ones) are three examples.  Yet each of them lived their dreams, like I am challenging each of you to live yours.  Make the most of your life starting today.

Keasha Ruteleage-Draft, the name with a hyperlink above, was a beautiful bride this year on November 27th (our 29th wedding anniversary this year).  Her story along with Chris Draft, is one of the greatest love stories in 2011 that I want to share with you.  It is, in my opinion, one of the greatest demonstrations of two people making the most of their lives in all of its simplicities and complexities within a short 30 day time frame.  In this story, Chris Draft, a former NFL player gives us a glimpse of how to live life to its fullest without any regrets.

How many times do we give up on a task, a project, a person, because the situation is too painful or too difficult?  Let the "Chris and Keasha" Draft story inspire you to live your dream to the fullest.  Time is our great commodity next to life.  How will you use yours in 2012?

Join all of us at Confidential Search Solutions and make this your best year ever.  Give it your best shot, day after day.  Go for your dreams, reach for your stars and get back up again when you fall, make a mistake, or have unexpected negative situations to interrupt your best performance.  Get back in the game and continue to play to win the game of life, to include your professional career goals.

We will share with you our 2011 4th quarter and year-end highlights in our January issue.  Today we want to wish you a very Happy New Year with the thoughts of living life to its fullest. Be safe and if possible, be sober.  If not, do not drink and drive.  Life (yours and others) is too precious.

In closing out the year, we at CSS wish you a Happy Holiday season and some personal holiday cheer.  Click on any of the following links to enjoy some CSS musical selections we enjoyed during the month of December as we celebrated the holidays. Enjoy for your pure entertainment.

Happy New Year!

Respectfully,
