Today, people are either uneasy about spending their hard-earned dollar, or completely unwilling to do so.  As a result, the marketplace is slowly and certainly bending to their will.  But it is in these times of timidity - when so many are clinging to the bulk of their income - that the bold and daring are allowed to truly enjoy the benefits of the accommodating market.
