Good Things ARE Happening
- Congratulations to Mr. Chris Hedges for being awarded the Excellence in Teaching award from Campbellsville University. Mr. Hedges is the orchestra director at Conner Middle School
- Boone County High School presents "Guys and Dolls!"
Thursday and Friday, April 26-27 7:00 PM Saturday, April 28th 2:30 and 7:00 PM. Cost: $8.00 adults, $6.00 students. Tickets can be purchased in advance from any cast member, or at the door. Conner High School's Latin
students win big!
On March 15th (that infamous day when Caesar was assassinated), Conner Latin students took the National Latin Exam along with 148,000 students from all 50 states and 13 foreign countries (Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan New Zealand, Poland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe). 17 of our students placed this year, and we've had the largest number of silver and gold medal winners ever! Below is the list of the winners. Please congratulate them when you see them.
- First Place, Gold Medal, Summa Cum Laude: Sydney Allen, Paxson Panganiban, Tyler Monell, Jordan Harshbarger
- Second Place, Silver Medal, Maxima Cum Laude: August Snelbaker, Alexandria Emmett, Clayton Johnson, Brandon Westfall, Ben Ryan, Keegan Facemire
