17.5 Million Dollar Verdict Case Study

Would your client be happy with a 17.5 million dollar verdict? I should certainly hope so. DataChasers E-Discovery tasks were key in this settlement for Trealoff v. Forest River Inc.

Links to the on-line account of the entire case can be seen at the end of this article, but briefly, in case you just want the facts, DataChasers, using E-Discovery tools, took a war-room full of boxes of paper - perhaps millions of pages - and successfully extracted information necessary to substantiate our client's claim. A New E-Discovery Tool That Gives You Total Data Access

I've been in this business for nearly twelve years, and I've seen forensic tools come and go-rarely with any fanfare. But what we have now in the field of E-Discovery is exciting, and we won't be seeing this tool leaving; only improving.

First, the good news. DataChasers has acquired a robust, totally new method of processing your E-Discovery needs using a novel proprietary tool that allows you, the litigator, total access to the data. The tool works similarly to Summation or Concordance, but is much more user-friendly, and we will train you and your staff in its use.

We can now provide you immediate on-line access, hosting of your account on-line, and storage for an unlimited length of time.

As you probably know, E-Discovery differs from computer forensics. Basically, computer forensics is... Read More
