The eZuce customer portal is the definitive online resource for users to maximize their knowledge, skills, and overall unified communications experience by accessing 

  • Open source product documentation including user guides, administrator manuals, white papers, and use case studies
  • Training materials, schedule of upcoming classes, and submitting requests for customized training curriculums
  • Blog dedicated to openUC customers sharing their experiences with the user community
  • News on eZuce products, programs, along with updates through eZuce social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
  • Forum to collaborate and contribute with the open source user community via discussion topics and threads

We will also be hosting Technical Training classes during the week for anyone interested in expanding their working knowledge, skills, and ability to effectively manage and administer eZuce openUC within their IT environment. There will a basic training class which covers an overview of open communications SIP technology, openUC system basics, troubleshooting and diagnostics, helpful tips for effective system design and deployment scenarios, along with hands-on product labs to enhance your product experiences.

In addition we will be offering an advanced training session which is available for anyone that has completed the basic training course as the pre-requisite. During this session we will provide a more detailed discussion of system design and architecture, installation best practices, along with advanced product labs to ensure your successes in using openUC as your communications platform of choice.
