eZuce openUC™ enterprise software seamlessly extends its capabilities to the mobile environment. Mobility is a standard feature included in the eZuce openUC solution at no extra cost. It is so powerful that it eliminates the need for otherwise costly mobility add-ons and enables users to leverage:
- MyBuddy mobile client which includes advanced features for the mobile user
- In-house mobility and enhanced performance with WiFi and DECT phones
- Standard clients on mobile devices
With the MyBuddy Personal Assistant users have a broad portfolio of mobility features at their fingertips including:
- Single number reachability leveraging the flexible find-me / follow-me feature that forwards your calls to wherever you are. The complete user self-control allows flexible configuration of forwarding including simultaneous and sequential ring as well as time based forwarding based on a user defined schedule.
- Initiating internal calls while on the go which enables you to save on roaming charges using callback and initiate internal calls using company internal numbering right from your cell phone.
- Global or corporate address book lookups with the touch of a finger.
- Ability to begin with chat and easily escalate to a call without having to lookup and dial any numbers.
- Dynamic call routing based on presence status set from any client, including your cell phone.
- Convenience of checking voice mail and missed calls as you get off a plane.
- Managing your personal conference bridge from your cell phone with entry and exit messages of participants, as well as the ability to view participants so you can easily mute, isolate and disconnect people from your bridge.
By using a native SIP client you can better manage your calls as your smartphone switches to WiFi at work, at home or elsewhere, turning it into an in-house mobility device thus eliminating the need for additional DECT or WiFi based handsets. In addition, with 3G and 4G cellular coverage, direct SIP calls are possible from anywhere thus reducing costs and leading to better voice quality and enabling all the features on your smartphone to operate efficiently similar to your desk phone but with greater ease of use and convenience.
