One of the primary drivers has been the ongoing commitment from eZuce to a forward migration strategy and long term product roadmap for Avaya SCS customers. This program is available from authorized eZuce EZ Elite partners currently enrolled in the eZuce Partner Program.

By participating in the eZuce
Avaya SCS Investment Protection Program SCS customers are entitled to:
- A one-for-one swap of Avaya SCS license for eZuce openUC™ enterprise perpetual license*
*This requires SCS customers to purchase an eZuce openUC™ enterprise support agreement to cover all openUC licenses as this replaces and supercedes their current Avaya PASS agreement
Avaya SCS customers receive Level 1 and 2 technical support directly from certified eZuce partners. In addition, eZuce partners provide professional services such as implementation, technical support, and managed services of eZuce openUC™ enterprise software. eZuce openUC™ provides tangible benefits to Avaya SCS customers that maximize their IT investments including:
- Lower costs for incremental seats leveraging all inclusive pricing with all features and unlimited client device support.
- Strong support offerings with direct escalation into the engineering team that created the original SCS technology.
- A robust, scalable, and interoperable unified communications platform for the enterprise featuring a strong branch solution enabling centralized, cost effective deployments.
