When I took a look at the date of the last e-mail I sent you and the Ambrosia Lifestyle community I was shocked! I could hardly believe it. But then I realized how much "living" and self care I've been doing these past few months and when deep self development takes place, there is no timeline!
Here is one of the very valuable lessons I have taken away during this time period:
One day I tried to water a flower pot that I had let dry out to the point of where the dirt was rock hard - the water pretty much spilled out over the top because the dirt was too hard and dry to absorb the water - I had to let it soften up and then water it a bit at a time - the rate where it could absorb - of course I realized a great life lesson from that - too much water and it runs right through the bottom of the pot because the pot can't hold it - too little - and the dirt gets too hard to absorb - you have to find the right consistency and right amount of input for the substance to absorb.
Sometimes in life there is so much information pouring your way that your little pot of dirt can't contain it all - but what I've found is that if you keep coming back and continue to gently pour it on, it will abosorb. In ancient Japan this is called the Kai Zen Approach; small consistent steps leading to big actions for changes.
I've applied the Kai Zen Approach to Ambrosia Lifestyle as well. Take a look at the site as it undergoes it's renovations.
Hope you find refuge in the teachings offered in each of them.
