Dear Greetings! 
Have you heard the latest news regarding How Yoga Wrecks Your Body? Well I certainly heard plenty of people buzzing about it after the New York Times published an article two weeks back on the topic (see link above) and it sent people in and out of the yoga buzzing. 
Aside from being a very biased title, it got me re-thinking about a very important topic I discuss with my colleagues and students time and time again: Is Yoga Healing or Hurting Our Community? 
My opinion on this is quite surprising. But before I share my opinion, I'd like to know... What's Your Opinion: Is Yoga Healing or Hurting Our Community? I know so many of you have yoga stories and experiences you'd like to share and we'd love to hear them. Stay tuned for my opinion via Vlog (Video Blog).
Last but not least, here's a little trivia for you: What's the Most Common Question In Yoga? E-mail me your response and if you really read through this edition of the newsletter you'll definitely find it.
