Dear Greetings! 

There are 3 sharp points in the world, the pen the tongue and the sword. Of the 3, the written word is able to pierce where the tongue and sword cannot.
This week I write you from a place of abundance and perhaps it will pierce and inspire you to create abundance in your life too! Two weeks ago, I felt myself running a marathon on a treadmill; exerting the energy but not really sure where I was going?
Well,last week I stepped off the treadmill. I packed my bags and went to the Catskills for an Emotional Release Body Therapy Training. I soaked up information like a sponge, learned to use my hands to help assess blocked energy and facilitated releases to clear the pathways of the physical and emotional body. Not only were the discussions, hands on healing sessions and releases incredible, but so was the ability to bear witness to my own need to release my baggage. 
In reconnecting with some of my most cherished healer friends, it re-inspired me to look closely at the Rule of 4 and the mission of Ambrosia Lifestyle. What is the Rule of 4 you ask?  Here's a mantra I've found helpful to repeat when I don't know where to begin: "Perception leads to incubation and incubation leads to illumination. After illumination it's time for a reality check. Now assess what's left."

 or during an intense workout? Most likely you uncovered an emotion that was stored deep within the tissues of your body. The body often stores emotions related to situations we have not fully resolved and some unfinished business remains.

The links between the body and the emotions are not always obvious but the physical discipline of yoga can help us tune into emotional aspects as well as physical blockages. And when negative, painful emotions arise on the mat, rather than ignoring them, we have another opportunity to release them by exploring the questions:
