Dear Greetings! 
 Have you ever really taken time to assess how many times a year you get sick, have a mental break down or chronic inflammation spark up? Have you ever given thought to what points of the year this happens most or who this happens around?

Well, lately these are the types of questions I have been asking myself. You see, I have been reading a great book called Spontaneous Healing by Dr. Andrew Weill. In it Dr. Weill touches on several important health facts that we tend to overlook. Here's an obvious one we forget, the body wants to be healthy.

Health is the condition of perfect balance, when all systems run smoothly and energy circulates freely. This is the natural condition of the body. When it is out of balance it desperately wants to get back to it and tries to accordingly.

Sometimes we need to shift our form of breathing, nutritional intake or physical activities to understand how to bring the body into balance.


Wellness Tip this Week:

You don't have to spend a fortune to make a shift in terms of your nutritional intake. Here are some really incredible foods and herbs that help shift the body back into balance when it is experiencing forms of inflammation:
