What Is Our New Year's Resolution?

Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season with your family & friends.  Our New Year's resolution here at Blue Ridge Foot and Ankle Clinic is to provide as many resources as possible to you, our patients, in 2012.  Foot pain and heel pain are not something that you have to live with and we hope these resources will start you on the right path to getting the proper care and ending your pain in the new year.

We are excited to announce a few news ways for you to learn more about the pain that you are experiencing and what may be causing it.  Dr Chang just released a series of podcasts, we have created The Heel Pain Center of Central Virginia, we are blogging more than ever about the topics that our patients ask about most AND we're writing a book! You'll find details on all of these exciting things below.

If you or a loved one are experiencing foot & ankle pain, we hope you will consider our practice. Please CONTACT us or fill out the form on our WEBSITE to make an appointment. We can usually accommodate you on the SAME DAY!

Sincerely,
Dr. Kevin Murray and Dr. Stewart Chang

You Do Not Have To Suffer With Heel Pain!

Heel pain is one of the most common foot and ankle injuries and you may start to experience symptoms gradually or slowly. It is important to know that heel pain is not normal and can be treated successfully in most cases.  We have created The Heel Pain Center of Central Virginia website to provide you the information you need to take control and eliminate your heel pain.  As part of this mission, we are also in the middle of a series of blog posts on diagnosing and treating heel pain.  Here are links to the topics that we have covered so far.  Stay tuned to our blog for the rest of the series!

Let Someone Fill Your Shoes in 2012!

It's that time of year again! We're collecting usable shoes at our offices for the annual  'Let Someone Fill Your Shoes' campaign. Drop yours off anytime in January and they will be distributed to those in need by the Salvation Army in early February.  Here is what we were able to collect last year.  Please help us to make the pile even larger in 2012!
