| Greetings!
Well, I'm back to work and so glad to be busy again! It been such a hot summer and it seems like it is just flying by. I'm afraid to admit this, being a Southerner and all, but I'm actually looking forward to some cooler weather!
Since the Customer Photo Gallery on my web site is not up and running, I've decided to start something new, I will post Customer Photos of quilts for everyone to enjoy! So check out what's being quilted at Sew Quilted!
I've also decided to extend the Quilter of the Month discount for a period of 12 months. I'm finding with busy schedules and daily demands, not everyone can have a quilt ready! So, sit back, relax you will have plenty of time to get your quilt in to take advantage of your discount. If you haven't used your discount...don't worry, just let me know when you bring in your next quilt.
Sorry to say I haven't been shopping, can you believe it! This means no new panto patterns, but you can still ask about the "First Run" discount.. I do have some awesome patterns that are waiting!
Don' forget to be good to yourself... if you're happy so are the people who surround you! A special "Get Well" to my good friend... you know who you are! Hope you have a speedy recovery!
Quilting one day at a time,

Well I'm passing this little diddy along... got the biggest chuckle when I read it! Boy have we come a long way baby!
This was published in either a 1940's Singer Manual or Women's Journal Daily
Try to always follow these "following guidelines" to make your sewing and quilting so much more enjoyable.
Prepare yourself mentally for sewing. Think about what you are going to do.
Never approach sewing with a sigh or lackadaisically. Good results are difficult when indifference predominates.
Never try to sew with a sink full of dirty dishes or unmade beds. When there are urgent housekeeping chores, do these first so your mind is free to enjoy your sewing.
When you sew, make yourself as attractive as possible. put on a clean dress. have your hair in order, powder and lipstick on.
If you are constantly fearful that a visitor will drop in or your husband will come home and you will not look neatly put together, you will not enjoy your sewing as you should.
All I can say is....
"OMG... Are you SERIOUS"!!
