          Enterprise TEPPCO lashed back on Thursday In the wake of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's order that its new tariff doubling pipeline rates be suspended until November 16, 2012. The pipeline wants its new rates to go into effect immediately. Enterprise says that all the Commission's order will do is cause the pipeline to lose income that it will never recover, but not help anyone else. It said this in spite of its own admission that it is leasing back the terminals from the very company it to which it spun off those terminals only months ago, for the same amount of money that it claims it will lose if their tariff does not go through. They want to take $80 Million dollars out each customer's pocket to line their own - all on a book keeping trick.
