Our contest to name the four "Dumping Ground" States that have no petroleum products regulation has closed with 9 winners, each of whom has won a free 500 gallon load of pure HD5 propane.

There were hundreds of entries, many of which correctly named three of the four "dump ground" states. The "dump ground" states are those states that have no quality regulation of home-heating or motor fuels, whether propane or gasoline.
