BP DISASTER UPDATE - A CHAPTER CLOSED?
We have been monitoring the developments in the BP disaster since Deepwater Horizon blew up on April 20th. The newer, better, cap is in place over the ruined well and has, according to BP, stopped the oil. It remains to be seen whether the cap will hold until the relief wells can be drilled and this chapter of BP's Deepwater Horizon disaster comes to a close. In the meantime, Louisiana's delicate wetland grasses are soaked in oil, and no one is sure how to clean the mess up and restore the grasses back to health. Meanwhile, BP has announced that it will give the public Tony Hayward as the scapegoat to put an end to the fiasco.

With this system, each service call is automatically assigned a "ticket" number that stays with the service question until it is resolved. You will be given that number and can refer to it so it can be pulled up immediately for follow-up.
