Balance and the 3 Legged Stool
What does a three legged stool have to do with health? The design of the 3 legged stool accurately represents what it takes to obtain and maintain a strong body.
  1.  Nutrition - This must be the first place to start. It is impossible  for the body to completely heal without nourishing it with high quality single ingredient foods that are in season and local. Genesis 1:29 And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed;to you it shall be for food."
  2. Supplementation represents the second leg - a perfect diet is not possible, no mattter how hard we try.  Therefore high quality whole food supplementation is necessary to fill in the gaps, it should never be used to overcome a bad diet. Do you know where your supplement company gets its raw ingredients?  China now controls 90% of the raw ingredients for supplements.  Buyer beware!! GNLD controls farm to factory on every raw ingrediennt, so you can feel safe with the products of GNLD.
  3. Exercise - The third leg is no less significant than the first two.  Exercise stimulates the Lymph System to do its job by removing waste from the body.  A body that sits and doesn't move becomes a stagnant pool of toxic waste.  In the Bible there is a story of healing that involved an angel stirring the waters of Siloam prior to the person entering the pool to receive a complete healing. Are you stirring your waters? Rebounding is the best form of exercise for those that cannot get to the gym. The force created by rebounding creates a vaccuum that stimulates and moves the Lymphatic System to clean house.  Get moving!!
  4. The seat is prayer, thoughts and emotions regarding your life. Hope is life sustaining, and helplessness is life destroying. Your emotions not events cause stress related illness.  Those most likely to get sick are those who react to change with fear, because the body cannot tell between real and imagined events. Did you know that in 33% of the time placebos work! This tells us that the belief and faith that the person has influences the effect of medication. Proverbs 17:22 A mery heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.
Is it possible to sit on a stool with one of the components missing? I think not.
Take the time to carefully look at all aspects of your "3 Legged Stool"  and make the necessary adjustments to obtain optimal health.
Digestive Health

Our Digestive system performs many functions in our body that are necessary to maintain ongoing health and vitality. It is necessary to support the natural activities of digestion from start to finish!
GNLD has digestive enzymes that aid the body in performing the functions of digestion.
Beta Gest is to aid in stomach digestion by providing naturally derived Betaine HCI, acid activated protease, and papain (protein-digesting enzyme). It also assists lactose digestion by providing the enzyme lactase.
Enzyme Digestive Aid to aid the intestines in digestion. It supplies PH-activated proteases, lipases and amylases plus bile salts and dehydrocholic acid for fats.
Acidophilus Plus The exclusive Gel Gard system ensures that the 5 strains of Lactobacilli are protected from stomach acid.  This results in introducing beneficial organisms to the digestive tract, and it will tend to crowd out and suppress the bad organisms, thereby normalizing didestive functions and promoting a healthy immune response.
