Holiday Greetings from Colorado!

May you all enjoy a little peace, a little cheer, and a lot of love this holiday season. Thank you SO much for your support and friendship in 2011! We worked really hard to expand our programs this past year and move in

new directions, and we couldn't have done it without your help. I'm looking forward to taking my speaking to new levels in 2012, as well as continuing the projects we do to serve the children and seniors in our community.

I'm excited for the release of my fourth book in the Home-Front Heroes series, Wave Me Good-bye, due out in January, and I'm super excited about a radical new video blog I hope to launch early in the year aimed at idea generation for artists and entrepreneurs. 2012 holds much promise, and I hope it brings many

wonderful surprises your way as well.

I thought I'd close out the year with a few photos from some of my favorite programs.

Happy reading, writing, teaching, and learning in 2012! And don't be afraid to try new ideas. You never know

where they willl take you!

The Great Book Giveaway:

Every holiday season, we choose to support four organizations who work with families in need. Through our amazing sponsors, we donate 400 copies of my books, and I visit each group's holiday parties to meet their families. This year, we are serving Realities for Children, Project Self-Sufficiency, The Museo de Las Tres Colonias, and the Poudre River Public Library District's outreach programs.

Enjoy reading and Happy Holidays! See you in 2012!
