Delegate Update - April 19, 2010 |
Dear :
The Tokyo 2010 Global Mission Consultation opens in a three weeks. Many are busy securing visas and otherwise making final plans for the consultation. Much work remains to be done in a short time - especially remember the Japan Host Committee as they prepare to host approximately 1000 delegates and an equal number of Japan observers.
Updated delegate Instructions are available through the large button on our home page - www.tokyo2010.org. Check this page regularly for updates.
It is very important that each delegate use their email and delegate ID to record travel plans, visa progress, and much more on our delegate database. Log on at www.tokyo2010.org/delegate to confirm you status. WE'VE JUST ADDED WORKSHOP SIGNUP OPTIONS, and it's important that you re-visit this site even if you're previously provided travel information. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU LET US KNOW WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR VISA, if applicable. If you don't have sufficient Internet access, please let us know by email your travel schedule and visa status.
See you in Tokyo! Remember to come prepared in national dress for the opening ceremony Tuesday evening. That will include a parade of nations - the national flags will be provided in Tokyo.

NOTE: The Constant Contact mailing program will not send multiple emails to the same email address, so if you share this email address with other delegates only one of you will receive this message. Every delegate can still confirm their status by using their own ID # to log on to www.tokyo2010.org/delegate. |
