Bits & Pieces - Thanks so much to all of you who have donated such great Bits & Pieces. I really appreciate it. A special thanks to a gentleman who gave me his mother's & grandmother's tin with buttons, some are 100 or more years old. There's still time to clean out your cupboards! We need Analog watches (the wind up kind), keys, sewing notions, wood pieces not smaller than 4" x 4" and not larger than 12" x 12" at least 1/2" thick, and as always - jewelry. Be sure to mark your calendars for Nov. 19th (Guild Bazaar) to see what we have done with all the Bits & Pieces.
Help is needed on the fourth Sunday of every month - we need someone to make and pour coffee after the 9:15 service. Please contact Diane Bruce, 707-838-8676, if you're interested.

From the 2011 Sonoma County Homeless Count:
Sonoma County had a 40% rise in homeless persons in the two years since the 2009 count - one of the steepest increases in the state.
The greatest increase by county region was found in central Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park.
Incarnation's Open Table breakfast feeds over 100 homeless people every Sunday. Now through October your contribution to the Open Table ministry will be matched dollar for dollar thanks to a donation of up to $5,000 in matching funds.
To donate: Make checks payable to "Church of the Incarnation" with "Open Table" in the memo line. Or put cash donations in our red donation box in Farlander Hall.
