Regarding the situation we emailed you about earlier: 

Although financial considerations have not been resolved, Melissa and Fr. Matt have decided to enter into mediation for a period of three months.  Their desire is to invite the spirit of mutual compassion and understanding to better inform their working relationship.  We regret the trauma the previous email may have caused.   Melissa will continue to lead the choir during this time.  Please know that Fr. Matt, the Vestry, and Melissa all share a deep love in Christ for one another and we shall all endeavor to honor that at every step in this process.
