We have received some terrible news: Peter Kingston, beloved member of our parish,  

died by his own hand yesterday, January 18. 

Fr. Matt invites anyone who would like to simply gather for prayer and support  

to come to the church today at 3pm.

The family is grateful to the congregation for your support,  

and requests no phone calls at this time.   

More details regarding his funeral will be forthcoming.  

Please pray for the blessed repose of Peter's soul,  

may he rest in peace at last;  

and for God's healing grace to be upon Shirlee and their family during this time of deep sorrow.

Into your hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Peter.   

Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold,  

a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming.  

Receive him into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace,  

and into the glorious company of the saints in light. Amen.
