the busy jelly makers for the Christmas Bazaar? Don't worry if they are
topless. That can be remedied. We have a wonderful offer of special Spanish
grapes from a parishioner. We also have bountiful local fruits that would
make lovely jams and jellies as well. There will be a container by the
Bulletin Board near the Outreach section. Thank you! We are all invited to two important conversations with other people of faith in Santa Rosa. These
conversations will give us a chance to get to know one another and make
connections around issues that are important to us. These conversations
are part of the North Bay Sponsoring Committee's work to help congregations
connect with each other. All are invited! "The Personal Impacts of the Economic Crisis," Monday, September 27, 7 pm Resurrection Parish, 303 Stony Point Road, Santa Rosa "Wanting the Best for our Children in Sonoma County," Monday, October 4, 7 pm Shomrei Torah, 2600 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa Volunteers needed to help stock the Giving Freezer! We will be cooking up some care and comfort

Please join us in reviving this important component of pastoral care. If we all
pitch in, we can help cover the cost for food and supplies. Please, if you are
able to contribute talent, time, or treasure, contact the new Giving Freezer
Coordinator, Susan Pearson at (707) 494-5049, or sign up to join us on the

dishwasher - it doesn't matter, just come on down! SAVE THE DATE! Sunday, October

Aging will come to Incarnation for a presentation on housing options for
seniors in Sonoma County. Lunch will be served. More to come! For further

Words to Ponder:
Make your own inspirational quote, and repeat it to yourself today, and through the week ahead. Whether you're in dark times in need of comfort, or whether you're on cloud nine -- we can all use a little inspiration, and sometimes the most powerful words of inspiration are those that come from our own hearts. So inspire yourself, or someone you love, today!
