It's budget time at the Statehouse and this week the House had their chance to review and approve the long awaited budget. Meanwhile, the Senate continued its work to pass state preference legislation, an effort opposed by the NCLA and the greater business community.   In this week's Under the Dome, we give some perspective on the State budget and implications for business as well as the future of state preferences.

Don't forget to track legislation of interest to you and your business by visiting NCLA's Legislative Tracking Report.

And, register today for NCLA's Legislative Wrap Up luncheon event on Friday, May 11th at the Embassy Suites, Loveland.  Learn more and register here.
