NCLA
Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance
High on NCLA's legislative priorities during this legislative session was assuring the overall integrity of the Colorado Enterprise Zone Program was protected in light of recent criticism. Absent a meaningful replacement economic incentive program, the EZ Program is but one of few options Colorado possesses to entice new businesses and encourage expansion of existing businesses in economically challenged areas of our state.
This week, we took a significant step forward in the Enterprise Zone Program as detailed in NCLA's Under the Dome, an editorial submitted to our local newspapers.
And, don't forget, NCLA and our Northern Colorado Legislators share their perspectives as we reach the mid-way point of the 2012 Legislative Session during our 2012 Mid-Term Legislative Event with Northern Colorado Legislators on March 9th. Register and join us from 3:30 until 5:30pm at the Best Western Crossroads Inn & Conference Center in Loveland.
To see a full report of legislation pending in which the NCLA is engaged, see our 2012 NCLA Legislative Tracking Report.
